Today we’re going behind the scenes of a bustling Malaysian kitchen- Songket Malaysian Cafe which churns out favourites like nasi goreng and mee goreng. We discover Yong’s Hand Pulled Noodles specialising in fresh hand pulled noodles from Lanzhou, China before capping off the day with a steaming bowl of belly warming pho at Hai Phong.
